This theme uses a simplified layout and high contrast display. Text size can also be adjusted, which may be useful for those who do not have this functionality in their web browser. Certain visual elements from the HNBOC Theme are not present.	Accessible theme
This layout condenses and simplifies the layout as far as possible so the file size is minimised, which will improve download times. Navigation menus appear at the foot of each page and can be quickly accessed via the "skip to navigation" link at the top of each page. Visual elements from the HNBOC Theme are not present.
